Welcome back to a new year at SMU!

As some of you know, our chaplain, Father Ken Leonczyk was given the opportunity to go to law school at Tulane.  Father Ken has has worked extensively on behalf of African refugees in the past and prayerfully accepted admission to pursue a law degree concentrating in refugee law.  We miss him, but truly wish him the best in this new direction he's taking in life. 

The Bishop is currently interviewing candidates and we're hopeful that we'll have our new chaplain by the beginning of October.  Until then, we're inviting guest priests and chaplains to fill in at our services.  Canon Paul Lambert officiated at our first service of the year on September 10th and we had a great turnout.  Starting September 17th our services will be at 9:00 pm instead of 9:30 pm.
